Once your order has been assigned to an astrologer or has entered the processing stage, no refund shall be issued under any circumstances.

2. Cancellation Before Execution

If you wish to cancel a successfully placed order before it has been executed, you must contact our support team within 1 (one) hour of making payment. Refund approval in such cases is at the sole discretion of the Website.

3. Executed Orders

No refunds will be processed once the service (reading, consultation, or report) has been delivered or marked as executed.
